As he took my dryer apart, he showed me how things worked and talked about the most likely causes of my problem. I was very surprised when he vacuumed the entire dryer and got all the lint I was not able to reach. Most importantly, he found the cause of my problem. "I had an outlet that kicked off and took 3 other outlets with it. I called a couple of electricians and the most responsive was Mister Sparky. When Joseph showed up to look at my problem, he fixed it rather quickly. But he went further and looked at all my wiring including the circuit breaker box. Because my house was over 50 years old, he discovered that many of my outlets were not grounded and the circuit breakers were not up to code. George and two other workers showed up and replaced all the outlets in the house, installed a dedicated outlet for the microwave, installed two smoke detectors and two carbon monoxide detectors, and replaced all the circuit breakers. They worked professionally and accomplished the work with a minimum disruption to my life."
