I tried to fix the oven but failed after replacing the heating element. He looked up the part and ordered it right in my kitchen and estimated the time it would take to get it. He beat that time by a couple days. He sent two fellas out to change out a relay board and everything now works fine. I am not easily impressed but I sure liked the service I received. He was courteous and cleaned up all debris from the dryer exhaust. He saved us a lot by fixing the thermostat, and now we don’t have to buy a new appliance. He did a great job! Ibrahim got back to us quickly and came out soon after. He was very friendly and took the time to check both machines and explain what was wrong. The washer had a drainage issue and the dryer had a lot of lint buildup. He explained everything before fixing it and was very honest about what needed to be done.
