"Great phone communication in scheduling the visit, arrived on time, called ahead, very courteous and helpful, looked at everything, diagnosed the problem, suggested a solution (replace the cold control unit). I initially agreed on them replacing the cold control, but then changed my mind, decided that I'd replace the unit myself to save some money. Called them right away, and they cancelled the order without an issue. After replacing the cold control unit the fridge is back to normal, so their diagnosis was spot-on.
