"Wonderful experience with Jason from ProTech Appliance. He arrived within the appointment time window and immediately knew how to bring up the refrigerator’s codes and also how to access the area he needed. He had the replacement parts in his truck and once he installed them and replaced the cover, the error codes went away and the refrigerator began cooling. Jason communicated what he was doing as he worked and showed me the new (in the packages) parts he was replacing, as well as my old damaged parts. He was totally professional, as well as being efficient and courteous. His price was reasonable and fair. He didn’t overcharge for the parts (which I confirmed from an online search. His labor rate is higher than others, but since he is skilled at what he does he is quicker at fixing the problem. I would use him again."

"Repairman Arik came in one day -- on time. Brought the correct part - I had only briefly described the problem. Very experienced and efficient. Fixed the problem in record time. ****MOST IMPORTANT charged $230 when O & J Appliance had sent a service man to inspect the problem and told me the repair would cost $600!!! Also did not complain as others had done, about the small space, and showed me on the internet the actual retail cost of the part. DId not charge a mark up-- only cost of labour. I will call this company for all appliance needs in the future."

"I realized my fridge was not cold inside. I contacted Sunshine Appliance online and received a call from them within a few minutes. The scheduled a tech to come that day. The tech arrived in the scheduled time. He was clean and very nice. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He didn't have the part with him but was able to locate one nearby. He left and returned in a short time with the part, installed it, and it fixed the problem! They charged a reasonable price. I was very happy that my fridge could be fixed. This happened on a Friday just a few days before Christmas, and Sunshine Appliance replied to my request for service, scheduled an appointment that same day (just a few hours after my initial request) and had the fridge fixed that day. They provided excellent service. I have already recommended them to a friend."
