"GREAT SERVICE! Sami arrived on time and was friendly and arrived wearing a mask and gloves. He assessed the situation and started immediately replacing our cooktop. He was very careful in handling our new cooktop and careful not to scratch our wooden floors when he took the new cooktop out the box. After a bad experience dealing with Cinch home warranty service since October and there final decision to NOT replace my cooktop because they said my cooktop was not working because of a broken screw, it was a breathe of fresh air to have Home Sweet Home, provide such good customer service.
