"Joe Romano is outstanding! He did the repairs the same day! But more importantly, Joe wasn't interested in selling us a new dryer (ours is a 2001 Maytag). Joe did outstanding work and our dryer has never worked (or sounded) better. (He even vacuumed the work area before he left!). His work is outstanding; his charge is reasonable; he knows appliance repairs. I am so glad we found Joe Romano. He's our "go to" guy from now on. Peggy Schleicher (Winchester)"

We kept getting an OE error and water was remaining in the bottom without being fully drained. Ryan was amazing! He was right on point with what the issue was.
