"Came to my project site quick and gave me a detailed description of what will be done , and also gave advice on how to help with the project like designing it for a budget friendly price for when we hire contractors to do the job , he had the architect plans drawn and approved asap with no flaws or re dos , the plans were approved right away at the town hall permits , couldn’t be happier and the price was no where close to what others were wanting to charge for less service and help, he stayed and helped us design our rental kitchen and bathroom with his ideas and it just made sense to use his design , you can tell he’s experienced and knowledgeable, and agian the price is best you’ll find , 5 stars will definitely use when I need an architect again."

His design integrated the new room beautifully into the existing house and it looks like it was always there.  All of the builders who bid on his design remarked how detailed and complete his plans were. "Bruno at Boral Construction was responsive and completely professional from the beginning. I needed new countertops to replace damaged butcher block countertops for a rental unit. I needed it fast and within a certain budget. Bruno worked with me to find a great looking granite slab within my budget. He explained each step and when it would occur. Everything he said happened exactly as he said it would. To give context, I contacted Bruno at the end of one week, and the new countertops were beautifully installed by Friday of the following week. This sort of thing usually has hiccups and delays. Not this time. I couldnâ t be happier."

"We hired Ernest and Sons to construct our patio tiles. We purchased 2' X 2' Tiles and I have to say they did a gorgeous job. I was so pleased with the way they showed up when they said they would. The men that laid out on my job worked so hard. The labor was very strenuous but they never took a break. They were the most conscientious and polite workers I've ever dealt with. They worked neatly, cleaned up totally afterward, and just had a great deal of respect for our property. They really did a beautiful job and Ernest, the owner is a real gentleman also. "It was a 2nd time that we worked with Justin, the owner of Innozign contracting. He did a great job. The only reason that I didn't give a 5 star acknowledgment is due to the fact that project took much longer than scheduled, which in part was due to the twp's inspection schedule. I can recommend Innozign contracting full heartedly for any phase of a remodeling project. Justin has delivered top quality work from Start to the end. He works meticulously organized and deliberate, he is open to discussion, calm and always cooperative and very friendly.
