"Joe designed a beautiful family room addition to expand our Cape Cod style home. His design integrated the new room beautifully into the existing house and it looks like it was always there.  All of the builders who bid on his design remarked how detailed and complete his plans were. I would use him again without hesitation. A really good architect and a heck of a nice guy.

"Don't let Contractors take advantage of you, and hire an independent professional engineer. We did have several cracks around the house including the foundations walls, interior walls and ceilings. We hired many contractors for estimates for the repairs, we did have huge difference in quoted starting from $7K to $35K, then we hired an independent engineer to do a full structural assessment. We hired Kiro Engineering to do the structural assessment. They have three options for the assessment. We chose the highest option with a full assessment and structural integrity for the entire house. The report was very detailed with photos, observations, and recommendations. We like the way it was organized. The report was simple to read and understand for a "layman" who is not a professional contractor. This report gave us the right cost estimate. We almost saved $25K."

"Anthony and John were a pleasure to work with! They took our vision and made it a reality! Their suggestions in some of the planning were spot on and made our house our dream home. They were responsive to our requests and would take the time to explain to us why they were suggesting certain features. So easy to work with, friendly, funny and timely! True professionals with the added touch of feeling like you’re working with family. They were truly invested in our project and it truly showed in EVERY detail. I would welcome the opportunity to work Bruttaniti Architecture in the future and would certainly recommend them to anyone for any of your architecture needs!!"

"We recently completed a project with Lallygone to remove 3 columns from my basement. The entire experience from scheduling a consultation with the engineer to completion of the job was seamless. The team is knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. I strongly recommend them for replacing lally columns or any structural improvements in existing or new homes. George thanks for your honest recommendations, Chris for your in-depth inspection and detailed explanation & Lena for managing it end to end.. thanks for the wonderful experience."

"David was professional, gave excellent recommendations and was a true pleasure to work with. Really willing to work with us on getting our project finalized and approved and was easy to reach with any questions or changes. Defintely recommend!"

"Very professional and extremely prompt."

"I am so pleased with the work they did! It is just perfect, neat and all cleaned up. They cleaned a bed of weeds along with curb and driveway weeds too which I did not request. So they go above and beyond too! I would highly recommend Royal Landscapes. I have them for a few years."

"Mike . Replaced broken tiles in my bathroom repainted and fixed around my tub. When I am ready I will be hiring Mike again to refinish my basement ."

"Doing an accurate survey is weather dependent so it took a few weeks to get to considering the rain. However, Steve was available to answer my calls or returned messages in a very reasonable timeframe. Two side of my property were very difficult to get into, a giant tree had fallen precisely at one of the points some years ago, but I got an accurate measurement and map."

"I hired them to create plans for an apartment building. The process was quick and painless. Cost was good. The plans are full complete abd ready to take to builders for quotes. I will definitly use them again."
