Beyond simply producing a set of architectual drawings describing what needed to be done, he saved me over $30,000 by suggesting smarter, more unified ways to approach the challenges associated with upgrading my old house. "I needed a residential lot/block survey on a rush and had contacted several companies for a quote; when two weeks passed and not one of them had fulfilled the request, I turned to Home Advisor looking for another company. Best decision ever. Terminus not only responded within a few hours, but they had a crew out surveying my property the same day. The only complaint I have is that I did not get a hard copy of my survey, which I needed -it was in pdf format. (I needed survey to file for fence permit, and I don't own a printer so I am currently having to waiti for a family member to print pdf and mail to me.)
