They gave us consistent status updates about the state of the day’s work, what the plan for the next day was, who would be doing the work, and when they would arrive. Because of supply-chain issues, what had been marked as a 9-week project stretched to 24 weeks; but they worked with us every step of the way, advising us if we should substitute materials or if waiting would be a better option. "To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day.
