"They were very easy to work with.  They drove stakes along two sides of the property at the locations I requested to establish a line for fencing and landscaping.  They thoroughly explained what they were doing and how they were doing it.  The neighbors arrived as they were finishing.  The survey revealed that the property extended as much as ten feet onto the property that the neighbors believed to be theirs.  Ray spent twenty or thirty minutes patiently explaining the survey process, the authority a surveyor has to make these determinations and what recourse the neighbors had if they disagreed with the findings.  We were very appreciative of his willingness to take the time to talk with them about the survey.  It took about four weeks to receive the written report on the survey.

Due to a cancellation Ty accommodated me the same week I called to schedule, and he spent nearly 6.5 hours detailing my 13-year old Acura I was planning to sell. He addressed both interior and exterior items on a list I left for him (at no additional cost), and was up front that a scratch on the hood + scratches on both the front and rear bumper could not be buffed out or repaired by him. "Fantastic job!  I would hire them again.   The office kept in touch with me to let me know when they'd be out  (jobs like this I expected to run a bit behind the given time because once you have a crew like this at your house, you always find a couple more things you want them to do while they're there and that's expands the time.  But, that's OK, as long as the office let's me know what's happening.  I myself found a couple "extra" tasks I wanted done, too.)
They went straight to work and didn't waste any time.  And, WOW, did they clean up after themselves!!  I was impressed.  They raked, shoveled, and got the area looking as good as they could.  They even took the blower to the street to make sure it was clean of any twigs, wood chips, leaves, etc..  I don't see how they could have done a better job, they were that good!  ( and they were about $250 under the lowest estimate I received - great value, great work-great price)

Mike and his crew were timely with the estimate, final design and completion of the project.  They custom built a large cedar pergola over our back deck.  It turned out great and exceeded my expectations!  I was very impressed by the way they were able to work around certain fixtures attached to the house instead of removing them or blocking them with posts for the pergola.  The posts were also firmly secured in the ground with concrete.  All in all, a professional job!

I called Charles on a Friday afternoon and he suggested Sunday as a good day for him to come round and assess the work.  Charles called around noon on Saturday and asked if he could come that afternoon.   Heck yes!   An appointment was set for today to carry out the work and a time frame of 8am - 9.30 am suggested for the start.   They arrived at 9 am.   The original request was just for the drainage work (cost $350) but my husband called in the meantime and asked them to look at the other two jobs.  

Both Charles and his helper are very personable.   All spaces they worked in were left clean and tidy.   All "trash" was bagged or placed where I requested.

I would not hesitate to call this company again for any job .. large or small. 

Update:   Charles "et all" came back and removed a window and the siding surrounding it.   He then reframed the area and replaced the window and siding.   He will be returning to replace the drywall.   Once again he did exactly what we requested both efficiently and in a timely manner.   We have been very pleased both with the standard of work and also his efforts to keep costs within reason.
