"Excellent. Richard walked through the whole job with me before he started, and got our way overgrown flower beds looking great with new ground cover and mulch. They even realigned the edging around the beds and hauled off some branches I had trimmed down earlier in the summer. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the work."

"They are a "Mom and Pop" outfit so took personal care and interest in my car. I dropped it off and they took me home, then delivered the car back to me without my having to take them back to the garage! They had cleaned it up beautifully! Not a speck on that engine either!! Was a beautiful job, and my "baby" sold from the great pictures in a day and a half! I would use them again!"

"I called Charles on a Friday afternoon and he suggested Sunday as a good day for him to come round and assess the work. Charles called around noon on Saturday and asked if he could come that afternoon. Heck yes! An appointment was set for today to carry out the work and a time frame of 8am - 9.30 am suggested for the start. They arrived at 9 am. The original request was just for the drainage work (cost $350) but my husband called in the meantime and asked them to look at the other two jobs.
Both Charles and his helper are very personable. All spaces they worked in were left clean and tidy. All "trash" was bagged or placed where I requested.
I would not hesitate to call this company again for any job .. large or small.
Update: Charles "et all" came back and removed a window and the siding surrounding it. He then reframed the area and replaced the window and siding. He will be returning to replace the drywall. Once again he did exactly what we requested both efficiently and in a timely manner. We have been very pleased both with the standard of work and also his efforts to keep costs within reason.
