"I believe that Mr. Perez is a bit prejudice against black people. He is pleasant, bu asked for a deposit saying he reads people pretty well. I took from this that he believed I was dishonest. I did take offense to the gesture, but needed his services so held back my comments. I did not get to review the plans before final payment. I asked for pictures and he wouldn't even supply that before final payment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend LRP Engineering to others. I hope Mr. Perez learns that not all black people are dishonest."
