"Review from perspective of first time home owner/buyer who had a long list of projects and home improvements that required a general contractor. I recently purchased a two bedroom home in Mill Valley and after moving in quickly realized that there were a littany of projects that needed to be completed in order to make my new home more comfortable and presentable. I received 3 referrals for different general contractors from friends/family and went on the meet and receive estimates from them. I decided to go with Fred and FSP general contractors for my initial set of priority projects based on my favorable impression of Fred, his fair and straightforward estimates, and clear communication of timelines to both start and complete the initial projects. I decided to continue to work with Fred/FSP for my 2nd/3rd traunch of projects based the high quality of work performed during my first set of projects, adherence to estimates and timelines, and ease of communication during the process. In particular, I appreciated Fred's flexibility with my evolving priorities and his availability to meet/speak/text about questions and/or recomendation pertaining to ongoing work. The work that Fred/FSP did and continues to do for me was diverse but probably representative of the type of work many people are interested in: 1. A custom designed/made concealed wiring scheme for tv mounted over the new fireplace mantle. 4. Replacemant and installation of lighting throughout house. 5. A full review, recomendation (s), and upgrades for electrical integrity of the entrie house. 6. A long list of random tings I thought of along the way!
