Devendra completely understood our requirements and came up with all the needed plans like structural, plumbing, electrical, etc in a very quick turn around. He maintained a very good communication with me and my contractor while the project is ongoing. He did a very good co-ordination with the Fremont city building approval team and able to get the permit approved on time. He even took care of a special requirement that came up in our case that mandated a special inspection on removing the load bearing wall. It was a multifaceted job due to a flooded section of the house. Carpet, flooring and walls in three rooms need to be removed. At a quick pace, they removed and replaced sub-flooring and walls, repainted walls, had bathroom flooring replaced and the insulation and vapor barrier under the house replaced.
