Devendra completely understood our requirements and came up with all the needed plans like structural, plumbing, electrical, etc in a very quick turn around. He maintained a very good communication with me and my contractor while the project is ongoing. He did a very good co-ordination with the Fremont city building approval team and able to get the permit approved on time. He even took care of a special requirement that came up in our case that mandated a special inspection on removing the load bearing wall.
