"Mike ranks at the top of my list as to have someone like Mike that helped me with my computer problems. Mike is very knowledgeable, experienced, capable, friendly and easy to work with. He explained what he needed to do to help correct the problems on my computer. Mike let me know what he would charge me for his work and it is reasonable. He hooked me up to his computer so I did not have to leave my computer off with someone to get the work done. I just spent part of the evening with Mike and he was able to solve the problems that I had. I cannot thank you enough, Angie, for having Mike on your list. Where I live in central Minnesota, it has become nearly impossible for me to find someone who has the knowledge, experience and ability to help me with any computer problem that I may have now or later. I give Mike 5 stars + for what he did to help me, I enjoyed his pleasant personality and I plan to have him help me again in the near future. :) :)"

"Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work. We couldn't find anyone as competent as Mr. Caughman. He pricing is honest and reasonable."

"Went very well.....scheduled appointment at my convenience, was on time, and worked very quickly.  Showed what work he did.  I waited a couple of weeks before submitting this report to make sure I had no further issues.   Computer works fine and problem resolved.  I would use My Computer Buddy again.

"My computer had been running pretty slow and making a lot of noise for several weeks.  I ran a few anti-virus and registry programs, did disk cleanups and defrags - you name it.  Anthony found way too many programs that were starting up and/or running in the background unnecessarily.  He disable them and removed malware.  He calls at the appointed time and walks the client through giving him remote access to your computer through a program call TeamViewer.  You are then free to hang up and go about your business and Anthony will call you back when everything is complete.  At that time, he will explain what he did and you can ask questions.
The computer is much quieter and runs so much faster now.  I had suspected that I might need more RAM, but I decided to have the tune-up first to be sure.  The tune-up saved me so much money, since I didn't need more memory (RAM can be costly).

"Two Hello Tech employees spent three sessions between them on my laptop and deleted 30 plus files. The laptop is better, but not totally fixed. Past experience indicated the drive needs to be wiped clean and reloaded. I understand Hello Tech does not provide this service."

"I had spent several frustrated days trying to fix two computer problems, and finally gave up and called Geek Choice. Matt arrived at my doorstep about 2 hours later (not making this up), and had both problems solved in about an hour (not making that up either). Both problems resisted his early solutions, but he was cheerfully determined to make things right, and was effectively inventive in doing so. (How to make my printer work with Windows 10? Install the Windows 7 Driver instead...)
In addition to his technical competence, Matt gets high points for his professionalism, and his communication. He never made me feel foolish, and was always genial.

"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."

"This was my first time dealing with Stephen and it was nothing short of perfect ..Stephen came out promptly he viewed the space and made his recomdations ...and of coarse I didn't listen to what he suggested as far as the height I needed to be at ..so I called him a few days later to come back out . Not only was he prompt as far as the return visit he hung the tv to the height that he had sugessted when he first came out and it was spot on...(he didn't even say I told you so.... lol.) Stephan is very tidy and really went the extra mile. I've called on his services for other installs as well large and small jobs and he's so consistent in doing a good job and providing a service in a prompt professional timely fashion. I have found my tech guy for life.!! Ive even called him before I have made some adio and video decisions and purchases and he has helped guide me away from purchasing extras on equipment that I didn't need and then came out installed the equipment I purchased within a few days after. Stephan has definatley made this a a game changer for me as far as my audio and video needs are concerned. He can be for you as well."
