"My computer had been running pretty slow and making a lot of noise for several weeks.  I ran a few anti-virus and registry programs, did disk cleanups and defrags - you name it.  Anthony found way too many programs that were starting up and/or running in the background unnecessarily.  He disable them and removed malware.  He calls at the appointed time and walks the client through giving him remote access to your computer through a program call TeamViewer.  You are then free to hang up and go about your business and Anthony will call you back when everything is complete.  At that time, he will explain what he did and you can ask questions.
The computer is much quieter and runs so much faster now.  I had suspected that I might need more RAM, but I decided to have the tune-up first to be sure.  The tune-up saved me so much money, since I didn't need more memory (RAM can be costly).

He spent a couple hours here, ran several pieces of diagnostic software, and removed some malware. I have no idea of all the functions he performed. When he left, my laptop ran like a new laptop! Franco was the tech that helped me, and he was fantastic. My issue was not an easy fix. It took Franco many hours over several days to fix the multiple problems on my operating system and hard drive. Today, my computer works just as fast and efficient as it did the day I bought it. I will keep Bob's number and refer him to my family and friends. He and Franco were real professionals and had all the tools handy to fix my computer without me having to do anything but watch my screen restart a few times back to a healthy state."
