He and his team kept us updated throughout the process and crossed all t's and dotted all i's with the necessary permits and inspections. Chris personally came to look at the awing after it was installed to make sure that we were satisfied. We have wanted a covered back awning for years and finally decided to pull the trigger with Giant. The product exceeded our expectations and have transformed the use of our back patio from being a hot piece of concrete that gets direct sunlight all year long to an expansion of our living space. Installation was quick and we have had several days of rain since it was installed. No leaks and the integrated gutter system works like a charm. But 5hat if we wanted to pay them they would come back out. Yeah rite! So we were blessed to be in contact with Bergen Co, LLC. It took him an hour to assess the situation and fix it. We plan to have them back out to do some more work for us."

"SMB Home Improvements do window work.  They were here maybe two years ago.  It's been a little while.  Nothing negative, my husband was actually home when they did it, I wasn't home.  But nothing negative.  I don't know the particulars.  I want to say he said they were really quick and efficient."

"We were trying to find somebody for over a year now to repair the paneling and to take care of the roof. We had a major roof issue with our sunroom. Originally we went down to Cincinnati to bring back a couple of panels for a four season sunroom. McMaken is a distributor for four season sunrooms. So we went down there and talked to James McMaken, the owner. We asked him if he ever did any work in Columbus. We were very impressed with him and it was a relief to be able to find somebody who would take care of the porch for us. So they came out a couple of weeks ago and took out all the shingles and put in the new panels. They also put new OSB boards on top of all the panels on the entire roof and re-shingled it. They also fixed some gutter issues that we were having. They are a family owned and operated business. They were very honest and it was kind of refreshing to work with people like that. Hopefully we don?t have any more issues, but if we have any more, then we will definitely use their services again."

"Giant Factory Direct was tremendous from start to finish. They were very responsive in coming out to give an estimate and review the various colors and styles available. The installers did a great job on the install and worked through the entire day to get it complete. The materials are tremendous (no wood to rot) and the color is outstanding, but the best part is they were able to give me the pergola look and still allow me to have an insulated cover to keep cool over the summer. I would definitely hire them again...great job all around!"

"Lockhard handyman is both quick and knowledgeable. Chris went above and beyond. Not only did he fix some kitchen cabinets for me, he fixed my bathroom drain and a few other things. It was wonderful seeing that midwestern hospitality. So much so I referred them to my Grandma. I plan to get on their schedule for some summer projects"
