It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."

I have experience working with various contractors, and D&L impressed me with their quality of framing. Nothing was done sloppily or rushed. "We had them replace stairs and our lower deck at the lake house. Sales representative was very good and did tell us it would be a while before the work would be started. Took a bit longer than â the whileâ we anticipated based on his estimate and I friend calling to check on the status of the project. Thatâ s the only thing Iâ d mark them down on: communication while waiting. Installation team was good and cleaned the area well. Very happy with the results."

They arrived on time every day and worked efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were very professional.
