It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."

"The initial conversations to set up appointment and those after with the staff went very smoothly.  The workmanship was excellent.  Jose and the other worker came in and did both windows in 4-5 hours.  I couldn't have been more pleased.  The price was within my budget, which of course made it even better.  I've wanted to replace the windows for years but could not because of other needed repairs in my home.  I chose this company based solely on the positive reviews and costs posted on Angie's List.   It has been one of the best decisions I ever made subscribing to Angie's List because I have made bad decisions in the past in selecting a company.   I am definitely planning on using American Jewel Window Systems next year for replacement of other windows in my home.
