"When I started to search to find an an Awning Professional. I had contacted two prior, before I had reached Victor with Image Matters. Just within my conversations with this professional. I already knew that I was dealing with the right Professional Contractor. Which made it very easy to eliminate the 2 others I had talked with. The work that Victor did was Flawless. He did such a perfect/spotless, professional clean job. And he is a perfectionist and such a professional in the Awning Industry. "Good transaction. Called, spoke to Chris. Set an appointment for the next day for him to take a look, measure and make a sales pitch. Chris came on time. He was prepared, professional and thorough. Closed the deal then and Chris told us that installation would be in two, to three weeks. Called four days short of three weeks to set appt. for install and was able to do it that day. Install was fast and thorough, Awning is beautiful. We have had a few big wind days and some torrential rain an the awning has performed perfectly and our house looks beautiful. I did not rate Awnings Unlimited on price. We did not shop around, but, regardless I feel we got a good deal"

"Alex and Troy are absolutely the best. They have made this entire experience very easy for me. On the same day I called them, they came to my home to provide a free estimate. After explaining the two areas that I wanted done and another area I wanted done in the future, Alex agreed to do all three locations for me!! This completely exceeded my expectations and I was very grateful. They came back in a week ready to do the job (their timing also exceeded my expectations) as I wasn't expecting the awnings to be ready for at least another week!! They arrived early and got the job done quickly. All in all a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend them to my friends & neighbors and would hire them again. "My first time using Angie's List proved to be well worth it! I saw a deal for replacement windows through American Jewel Window Systems for a pretty good price, 5 windows for $1499. I ordered them and met with Chuck who came to my home to take the initial measurements. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! He showed me the options and gave me the estimate. The deal did not include the screens, which cost at an additional $10 each. The following week, the installer came by to take more measurements. Two weeks later, the company called me for an install date.
The two installers came and were absolutely perfect. They brought in all the supplies, removed the old windows, took caution and placed cloth tarp, installed the new windows, sealed them properly, and cleaned up after themselves. I was amazed at how fast and quietly they worked. What a difference in warmth replacing a few windows can do. The rooms where the windows were replaced were always very cold. Chuck had told me I would see a huge difference when getting rid of my old aluminum ones for brand new vinyl ones. We were so pleased with the initial 5 windows, that we contacted them again and replaced an additional 11 windows in our home.
I am extremely happy and satisfied with this decision. My house is warmer and I felt that I received a really great deal!
Will happily use them again!
