"I am a former customer of All-State Windows and Siding who was recently acquired by Ultimate Window and Siding LLC. I would like to take this time to share my experience with Ultimate Window and Siding in the handling the warranty work that they inherited as a result of the new business adventure. Office manager Lloyd was spot on in helping me with a problem I had with one of my windows that was installed in 2020, Lloyd was the sale person who came out and was very instrumental in my decision to purchase 9 windows for my home, needless to say his assistances in helping me rectify my problem with one of the window was immeasurable. With that said technicians Gary and Noah arrived on site and replaced the window, both guys were very professional and did an outstanding job from start to finish. "Jonathon and his crew helped me move out of an apartment that seemed impossible to move out of on short notice. Second floor with a stairway that was narrow and had a 90 degree turn, no direct access to the road, and it was hot as heck! And the apartment they moved me into also did not have direct access. His crew was efficient and fast, did not complain about heat (and it was hot!!), and got the big job done in one day! After I got settled in, I was so pleasantly surprised to discover that none of my antique furniture had any new damage. These guys are great, and I will ALWAYS hire them for local moves in Nola"

"Got the last-minute siding maintenance deal.
It was a while ago, but I remember that he rescheduled a couple of times, and then when he did come he was late and seemed irritated. He looked at the house and gave me an astronomical estimate to basically replace all the weatherboards. (I told him I knew they were in kindof rough shape, but I didn't need the whole house to be redone-- I just wanted to see if he could fix a couple of the bad ones.) It felt like he was totally annoyed and condescending with me because my house wasn't perfect and because I live in a neighborhood that's a little rough. Seemed like he was not exactly used to being called out to an area like my 'hood. We agreed that he could do some minimal work to at least get the value of the angie's list deal purchase. Weeks went by and nobody never called to follow up.
Maybe he just had a bad day--everyone has one, and I understand that--but my experience was not a good one.
I ended up calling Angie's list and they refunded my money for the deal.
