"Bob Phalan is an exceptionally experienced and talented craftsman. He is very astute in his analysis and project planning with a very strong work ethic. Bob explained in detail what he needed to do to rebuild our front door awning and posts while maintaining the integrity of the original awning and masonry in place. Bob stayed in communication every step of the way and worked very hard to create a beautiful and strong front door awning and support posts for our home. "It went very well. The job was completed in one day and my home was left cleaner than when they arrived. "We hired CMR to install soffit Vents and replace our gutters. Their quote was very reasonable and once we decided to go with them, they scheduled the work and finished the job.
