Install was fast and thorough, Awning is beautiful. We have had a few big wind days and some torrential rain an the awning has performed perfectly and our house looks beautiful. I did not rate Awnings Unlimited on price. We did not shop around, but, regardless I feel we got a good deal"

"This company is very professional and knowledgeable about their industry and products. Provided great consultation and design input which are all very important when selecting a provider and I absolutely love the awning they installed in my home. However, what differentiates this company the most in my mind is how they stand behind their work and respond when and if there are any issues or problems encountered. I had trouble with my remote more than a year after my installation and they did not hesitate to help me out and even sent a technician back to my home with a new one and helped reprogram it for me. And I live on an island which is not so easy to get to! Above and beyond and I would definetely highly recommend them."

"I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was okay. Initially it was fine. They came and did the measurements, but one of the windows cracked about a week after they left. We had some trouble getting back in touch with them and they eventually made it right, but it took about two weeks to get back in touch with them. In my opinion if they had something wrong they should have gotten back to me right away. So far everything has been fine, otherwise. The people who came out were very pleasant, professional and cleaned up, so that was very good.  "

"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I had a few issues with it but for the most part, it was okay. It was advertised as 8 man hours. It said 2 people for 4 hours. One lady showed up and she wasn't here for 8 hours. She kept going in and out of the house to her car. She left 2 hour early. I had a lot of projects for her and she finished the first project and started packing up. She had 4 hours left so I asked her to paint the front door. I had quite a bit more and she quit after 6 hours. I don't think she was a professional painter. She had running streaks that I had to tell her about. Part of the area she painted was carpeted and she spilled paint in 4 places because she didn't put tarp down for the second coat. It was fine for $199 for 6 hours; it was really a bargain but I wouldn't recommend them personally. She used a lot of my paper towels. She cleaned up her brush and tray in my kitchen sink and didn't clean up afterwards. She didn't have to move anything and I had taken all the knobs off so all she had to do was paint. She came to look at it and said the job would take all day."
