On time.....Within budget!!! Call the rest, but hire the best, Northcoast Energy Masters!! "It was not a big job but it needed done. We had called at least five other contractors and they all wanted to do work that did not need done to increase the cost. Other contractors wanted to replace the roof and or spouting but neither needed replaced."

"1. They create a professional design video so I knew exactly what I was getting.... Yes VIDEO! 2. They tore out the old, bland concrete patio and laid down a beautiful stamped concrete pattern. 3. They stained the concrete to a color of my choosing and added a glaze! The pic below does not do the finished product justice. It was taken before staining and glazing. 4. Then they cleaned up the area. I LOVE my new patio. Only downside was some damage to my grass from the large, professional equipment used. But I will be hiring them again for more work. They are AMAZING!"

"Lavern at Grandcraft Builders was a great help as we discussed my options. They did a great job repairing my deck. Timely and efficient, scheduling the work within ten days of my call and completing the job (rebuilding the stairs, replacing rotted joists, etc) in one day. I am well pleased, and I will hire them again when I'm ready to rebuild the entire deck!!"

"Parts of it went really well and other not so much. The flooring and access door were acceptable, they meant well and did a decent job and the price was very fair. The problem came in 2 areas. 1 - we had a deadline of having the stair fixed before a party and they new this ahead of time and missed it completely, I called several times that week and got no response. They later apologized and fixed the step (after the party). One minor issue, on the attic drop down access, one of the boards they attached to the frames with nails (should have been screwed in) came loose and broke off and I had to fix it.
