"1. They create a professional design video so I knew exactly what I was getting.... Yes VIDEO! 2. They tore out the old, bland concrete patio and laid down a beautiful stamped concrete pattern. 3. They stained the concrete to a color of my choosing and added a glaze! The pic below does not do the finished product justice. It was taken before staining and glazing. 4. Then they cleaned up the area. I LOVE my new patio. Only downside was some damage to my grass from the large, professional equipment used. But I will be hiring them again for more work. They are AMAZING!"

Timely and efficient, scheduling the work within ten days of my call and completing the job (rebuilding the stairs, replacing rotted joists, etc) in one day. "I have had Construction and Remodeling Experts do work for me in the past and have always been more than satisfied.. In the Fall I was selling a rental home which they had worked on before. I found that I needed the basement waterprofed, another contractor wanted to dig around the foundation and charge me a lot of money. Mr John Deel came out an said because of all the heavy rain, it was just leaking a little bit, they waterproofed my basement with a couple coats of waterproof paint, that corrected the problem an saved me about 5,500$ . I had them put some siding and a new roof and gutters on the garage with what I saved. They did a fantastic job, I sold the home about two weeks after they completed the work. They were always on time, tried to advise me the best ways to save money. They were neat and always cleaned up each day two of my neighbors were so impressed with the workmanship that they also got new roofs. I would recommend this company all day long to anyone in need of any kind of home remodeling. They are honest and fair in pricing.."
