My fears were not warranted, after Elite adjusted the wind sensors and pitch of my awning I was amazed...my awning can withstand constant winds of at least 15 mph or so, and will not retract when there is a momentary gust of 20 or more..Although, a little costly, I would recommend SUNESTA and it's warranty..P.S. Steve & Dave are great guys to deal with..."

"Dustin at Prime Construction and Flooring did a great job of repairing two patio door frames that had rotting wood at their base (see pictures). He came out and gave a complete assessment of what was going on and his plan to make repairs - along with a quote. When he arrived to do the work he reviewed his plan with us and asked if we had any questions. During his repairs he kept us informed of his progress. While working on the second door frame he uncovered an unexpected situation and suggested two approaches to correct it - giving us the pros and cons of each choice so we could make an informed decision. We were very happy with the completed work (see before and after comparison pictures) and staying within his quote. During his two days of work he arrived on time, kept the work area organized, and cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend him."

"Kevin Glasko, Turf World owner, made this offer but did not realise the response that he would get.
He was overwhelmed and because of this gave rather poor service on this deal.
We had hoped to incorporate some of the design work into our yard last fall, but since we did not get the plans until the end of November this did not happen.
Kevin came out and explained what he would do and promised it within a couple of weeks. He was very nice and personable, but we were a bit disappointed when he indicated that we would not be getting $350 worth of plans as he was only getting $50 out of the deal.
We contacted him several times and were given promises of when we would receive the plans.
We finally got an e-mail with a plan attached on 11/25/13. The plan shows what he is recommending and what his price would be for the whole job. The suggestions are in line with what we told him we were looking for and we will be incorporating some of them into our yard.
Will we use Kevin to do the work? Not sure. We will have to give it some more consideration. He is obviously a very competent landscaper and we are sure would do a good job in the end.
