"This review is more than a year overdue, but I was very happy and satisfied with the job done by Brick Restoration Inc. I had a plumbing leak (frozen pipe break) in the wall behind the kitchen sink, and the repair could only be made from the outside wall of the house. BRI quoted me a very fair price for brick removal and restoration. When it came time restore the hole in the brick, BRI came back out and filled in the hole with all new bricks. Since it is nearly impossible to find the same kind of bricks, their brick layer was very skilled at painting the bricks to match the existing bricks. I was very happy with the work that was done. I will call BRI again if I ever need brick more brick work done."

"I needed to get my brick walkway repaired from damage done by some deliverymen. The HOA was going to fine me and so it needed to happen soon. This company responded promptly and sent two skilled workmen who replaced the brick seamlessly (with some taken from the back patio) so the repairs didn't look odd. They worked politely and efficiently, and got the job done as promised in a few hours. Very happy with the results, will likely have them back for more work soon."

"I contacted Jeromy at CHIMPRO this winter to come to give me an estimate and his opinion about a new install of a LOPI wood burner in my home. He came over and provided me with the information needed and we then ordered my LOPI stove from OMALIAs , When it arrived this month we got scheduled in for a service call and Bill and Jeromy came out with the stove and supplies and they were so thoro in their install and talked about what we will want to do to break in the stove .I had them clean and inspect our flue prior to replacing the wood burner. I love it . Thank you fellas."

"Great! The work was done promptly. He also gave us great advice on what to replant and what not to replant. He will be the person we call when we need an arborist."

"I am pleased beyond belief! Roger and his crew arrived at 6:57 a.m. (3 minutes earlier than our agreed time), unloaded their equipment, and asked me to explain what was to be done. Roger really listens to his clients. He and his crew pay meticulous attention to detail. He is ALWAYS present -- he doesn't leave the crew to do the work and return later. His crew is very hardworking, and they are very precise and neat with what they do. They trimmed back my wildly growing jasmine, cut dead leaves off live plants (which made those plants look a lot better), and got all the weeds off my flagstone patio. They pulled weeds by hand, because Roger said using a weedeater would not keep the weeds from growing back for a long while. He and his crew removed 2 wooden plant boxes that were old and falling apart. They removed 3 dead plants from big clay pots on the patio and left the pots stacked neatly in a corner. I asked Magic Touch to power wash the exterior of my house (brick and Hardy siding), using ONLY high-pressure cold water. No soap, no chemicals. They did a great job! They also power washed the glass patio doors that open on to the patio and stacked vertical windows that look out on the patio. They even power washed my iron and stone patio furniture! When I saw the patio at the end of 4 hours of work, it had been transformed. Not just made over. Transformed! It looked so good, my spirits were lifted, and I've been spending time on the patio every evening since Magic Touch made it beautiful. Would I hire them again? Absolutely I will. Would I recommend them? Absolutely."
