"I got three bids on this project, and Kestner was my favorite of the three, so I was very excited when their bid actually came in the lowest. I was already pretty sure I was going with them, and that easily sealed the deal to hire them. This was much more complicated than a typical deck project. It included an outdoor kitchen area and some other features, plus the way it sits against the house is a little out of the ordinary. I had a good idea of what I wanted, but Ryan was SO helpful in making suggestions to help me finalize the details.
