"No need to look any further! Call Chris Reynolds! He came to assess several door projects which I needed to be completed urgently. Chris came to my house within hours of my initial call (in the evening!). He listened thoughtfully and carefully to my door issues, evaluated, and made suggestions.
I needed a deadbolt installed on a basement door. I had exterior trim which was weathering ugly. Chris replaced it. I had 2 rotting thresholds, Chris replaced them along with 2 door kicks. Chris adjusted latches on my swollen front door so that the door would close properly and flush. I needed 2 storm doors replaced. He ordered the new storm doors with my consultation, picked them up, and delivered them to my house. The 2 storm doors are quality and beautiful with excellent features. There was another project which I had discussed with him. Chris advised me and offered an alternative solution which not only fit my time constraints better, he saved me money. Who does that?
Chris started these several projects the same evening after my initial call! Once the storm doors and deadbolt were installed, Chris showed me the features of them all thoroughly. The workmanship and attention to detail from Chris is great. He is efficient. Each day that he left the house he removed debris, and his work area was spotless. Chris is personable, he is professional, he is transparent regarding his costs, he is responsive and reliable. All of these projects were completed within one week! Chris also gave me upon my request the contact information for a different tradesman for an entirely different project upcoming. I will most definitely be calling Chris at Interior Renovations and Design in the future. Chris Reynolds understands that when you hire him, he is building a relationship with you. He wants for you to be able to call him again for whatever upcoming projects, seen and unforeseen, you may have, either big or small. Chris has a business sense which is uncommon in this day and age.
