The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. "After another company installed the supporting retaining wall, Artistic Fence came in a week later and a two-man team installed the fence posts. Then about three days after that a different carpenter came and built the fence. The fence looked great and the three gates worked fine.
After about a week, the main gate started to stick when opening. Since the sticking seemed to be getting worse, I called the company and explained the problem. Shortly, a temporary brace was installed to support the gate. Their carpenter reported that one of the fence posts supporting the gate was warped (this was what we suspected). He recommended two possible solutions: install a bracket between the post and our garage, or remove the warped post and install a new one. We decided to try the bracket idea.
It took a little time for their carpenter to fit us in. He installed the bracket with additional bracing on the inside of the garage making it very strong. The gate works fine now with no sticking.
While I felt like I had to prompt the company a few times, and it took a little bit of time to get the warped post braced, I am very happy with the finished product."
