"We decided to install an outdoor kitchen and needed a solid base. The crew created a large concrete slab that measured around 400 sq. ft. They first excavated, installed a compacted gravel base, and added rebar before framing everything out. Drainage slope was included so water doesn't pool, and they ensured utilities could run through conduit before the pour. The slab was finished with a smooth surface since it will later be tiled. Permits were pulled in advance, and city inspectors signed off at every stage. The process took a few weeks, and the space is now ready for the kitchen installation. The precision in layout and attention to detail stood out to me. It feels like we've got a reliable foundation for years of outdoor use."

"Gabe and his team are great! I definitely will hire them again. Quality of work is outstanding. He did a stacked crown molding that gave our home a whole new look and probably added about 30k in value to the home."

"I recently hired Evolution Contracting for baseboard work in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Ulisses was incredibly quick and attentive to respond from the start. Not only was the craftsmanship excellent, but he is also very personable and easy to approach. It’s a relief to find someone who does great work and is easy to communicate with. I’m very happy with the job he did and will definitely be using him again for future projects!"

"Alex was very diligent and nice to work with."

"Our kitchen remodel with McCormick Home Builders went beyond our expectations. Leoni and her team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. The open layout design changed the way we use the space, and it’s been perfect for family gatherings. They were prompt, courteous, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy. Really impressed!"

"FIVE STARS, an â Aâ for HOME2RENOVATE! My brother and I requested estimates from various licensed contractors to renovate the exterior of our 88 year old home. The existing exterior paint was peeling, the walls were uneven with cracks and the wood window frames were rotten. Basically the exterior was a big ugly mess. HOME2RENOVATE representative, Phil Shaffer, was very professional, informative, friendly and provided us a very reasonable quote. We felt comfortable to sign the contract the same day. The work started almost immediately. Our main contact was Jonathon Gonzales, the Project Manager (PM) which was on site every day, gave us daily updates and addressed any concerns, which were minimal, given the efficiently hard work of Ignacio Cruz (Carpenter) and Ivan B. (Painter) among the PMs excellent crew. The job was completed within a very reasonable time given some rainy days, the crew did a thorough job cleaning up and the quality is AWSOME! The house looks better than new and will remain this way with the HOME2RENOVATE warranty. At first, the job promised appeared to good to be true but HOME2RENOVATE actually under promised and over delivered which is very hard to find anywhere nowadays. We highly recommend HOME2RENOVATE for all your home improvement needs!"

"George and his wife are amazing. We hired them for 3 separate projects. Cabinetry in the master closet, kitchen addition and floating shelves. George's communication is fantastic. He got back to us with design plans very fast. His responses via text and phone calls were quick. The quality of the work is amazing! He keeps his word on timelines. We highly recommend him."

"Ellise took excellent care of my needs though out the project. I wanted a certain look Ellise gave me options to choose from. I would highly recommend!"
