"Renew crew knocked it out of the park and exceeded expectations! They built a fence and a deck for us. We ran into a couple of unexpected costs when removing the old deck of some rotting wood on the house. They fixed that as well and did not price gouge us at all. They also replaced a window and built a retaining wall that tied into our project perfectly! They were quick, and very efficient, but did not sacrifice quality. Chris, the carpenter is exceptional! I worked construction for over a decade and have not seen a carpenter as good as Chris! Rob the owner was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable in his field and had great vision. I seriously don’t think we could’ve found a better company to build our project. They also beat out other competitive bids and started within the week. We love our new deck and fence. Again we are blown away by the quality and attention to detail."

"Larry and his crew take pride in their work, are incredibly friendly and professional, and â most important, at least for me-only work on one project at a time. Innovative design took over a project for me that had been badly begun, by a contractor who totally flaked out and disappeared and hadnâ t apparently been following the architectural plans (though I didnâ t know this at the time). It took them a while to get to me because they were booked, but it was worth the wait! Final project outstanding, professionalism and communication great."

"Mark and his crew did an awesome job in replacing a few decking boards, rails and spindles on out 20 year old deck. They also power washed and stained/sealed the entire deck. Mark is a very good man who takes pride in his work and is a great communicator. MHK will be first on my list to call for my next project."

"Hogan has done small projects on my house in the past and I was very pleased. we recently hired him to fix all the wood rot around the house and paint. he did an amazing job, house looks perfect and all the wood rot is gone. The wife is very happy (happy wife, happy life). I highly recommend Hogan (Curb Appeal Heroes)."

"This company got the job done efficiently and effectively. The crew built four custom gates that matched the fence perfectly in a short time frame, just before a backyard wedding and all the guests commented on how professional they look. I would recommend this company to anyone."

"Work was done as promised; when the work was complete, everything was cleaned up and left as it was before the contractor arrived."

"Tom did the work on my deck. He was very knowledgeable, worked hard and smart. Was easy to talk to about the job and willing to share what he was doing and why. Probably as good a worker as anyone could possibly want to work with. The office contact could be improved. He both made minor repairs to my deck and stained it. Looks great."

"Essential Extras had already designed and installed a beautiful deck for us. They used Ipe wood and hidden fasteners as we had asked. The professionalism was amazing and so was the craftmanship. After a wind storm blew down a fence in our yard in the middle of winter I called them again and not only did they do a stellar job, but took great care to respect our neighbors and cleaned up our side and the neigbor's side of the fence as well. The craftmanship again was better than expected. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely hire them for any projects I might have involving wood. Bonnie Pearson"

"My yard has never looked better, a friend recommended Imagine Restorations to me a few weeks ago, I called them and I find out that they are owned by a Dad and 2 sons, River and Ryan, who is can't brag on enough, super professional, on time and superb workmanship, they went over and beyond for us, we ended up going for a cedar picket shadow box fence, they even out bid a close friend of mine, they did all this in 2 days practically, the wood was delivered a day in a half late so they had to improvise, if you need a fence or need a fence repaired, call Ryan or River over at Imagine Restorations. RIVER- (816)598-7860 and RYAN (573)289-9721... you won't regret doing business with these guys."

"When I requested a quote to replace the railing around the steps of my front porch and install a new mailbox and post, I received a call from the owner, Josh, in under 30 minutes. He was available to meet the next day to scope the work and I received a quote that same night. The work was scheduled. Josh showed up right on time and knocked out high quality work in one day. He is a very professional, reasonable and friendly handyman that I recommend highly. I attached photos of before and after."
