"A trusted company. The Repairmen were very courteous and worked in a very timely fashion. They did not wast time and finished in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone."

Hard working and fair

I have offered quality work before and just looking to get back into the side work. Thru and thru and can have a crew if needed for bigger work.

"Highly recommend! Jason did a beautiful job with my living room remodel. Started with an 80s style ugly paneling and green carpet. Now has the farmhouse look I’ve been wanting for a few years now but was too intimidated to start myself. Very pleased with the professionalism and quality work delivered!"

Mr. Coleman did a fantastic job!

He has a friendly demeanor and a good work ethic.

I would recommend him to friends and neighbors.

"Al was very kind and straightforward. He did initially tried to charge me a little more than the average for the area but after I explained that I had done research for the labor costs and already have materials he got the cost significantly also mention that you found him on Angie's List. I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people.

"Strongly recommend asking for breakdown of quoted price to ensure you understand what you are paying for. After the job was completed it was communicated that $250 of a $600 job was for gas. It took about 3 hour to repair a fence where old wood was used (wood that was previously removed). My fault for not asking for a quote breakdown prior to securing the job. Had we known this.. I would have pursued other options. Lesson learned. Thanks."

"Mark Spears was a wonderful rep for his company. The company itself appears to be truly efficient and able to do the job. I was very impressed by Mark Spears Construction and Painting. Currently, I await a legal decision awarding me the legal decision for reimbursement from another construction company for work poorly done. When that occurs, I will be able to hire Mark and his company to correct this other company's work."

"My condo is OLD and difficult to work in but Kevin did an excellent job in helping me select the windows I wanted with the features I needed. Had to be very creative with this install - so far very happy!"
