"Mike installed some crown molding that we had purchased from someone who was remodeling their approx. 100-year old house that matched very closely to the molding we already had in other rooms in our house (also around 100-years old). Mike did an incredible job - it looks better than what we had expected. It looks like it's been there since the house was built, which is exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend Mike - he was very easy to work with, very communicative, and very skilled at what he does!"

"I am so grateful to Grandview Construction for our beautiful, new kitchen and master shower! They also painted our entire first floor including the trim. Our experience with Jeremy and his wonderful crew was A+mazing! Their workmanship was excellent, and Jeremy was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The crew was friendly, professional and clearly experts at what they do. One of them has almost 30 years of experience in the industry. Jeremy and his crew provided many helpful details about the project from start to finish and was quick to let us know if any issues arose. When they had to make any adjustments they explained the reasons and were very patient in answering all of our questions and since this was our very first kitchen remodel we had a lot of questions. The project was completed on time and stayed within the very fair competitive estimate he gave us in the beginning, and we could not be happier with the gorgeous finished product. We will work with them on any other project we might do on our home, and I would recommend Grandview Construction without any reservation to anyone who is looking for a dependable and honest general contractor to work on their house."

"The owner and installers were very professional, and had great communication throughout the process. They came up with functional designs that didn’t cost a fortune and look beautiful. These closets made such a big difference! They did the walk in closet in the primary bedroom and our entryway closet. We liked those so much that we ended up doing both of our sons’ closets and laundry room two months later! I am a Realtor, and I have been referring them to all of my clients! Great company and product!"

"Ivan was timely and professional. He removed a sink, faucet, medicine cabinet and lighting fixture in a bathroom. The items were replaced with new fixtures and it worked perfectly. He also painted the bathroom much to our satisfaction. The estimated time was spot on. He also fixed a plumbing problem we were experiencing with major savings for a much more expensive job quoted by another company. We have hired Ivan for 2 more jobs, a bath valve replacement and painting our kitchen and kitchen cabinets as well. I look forward to his quality of work and our continued satisfaction."

"Roman is a professional does a great job cuts no corners the workmanship is top notch if your looking to have a railing system installed he's your man would recommend him highly"

"Good contractor. Honest and quality work."

"They completed the entire roofing project in two days time. However, the inside trim work around the skylights has been delayed for three weeks. The good thing is that I've held back a hefty amount of monies to finish paying off the project. I get there are delays based upon who does what type of specialty work. The carpenter is scheduled for next week Tuesday. We'll see."

"Showed up earlier than scheduled to measure the door and to install replacement hardware. Installers used time well, protected the floors, and cleaned the job site. Very professional tradespeople."

"Charles was phenomenal. I needed a custom bard door created because standard sizes wouldn't fit due to the ceiling height. Charles immediately understood the project and got working right away. Nothing I would change as the door came out perfectly. Charles was also very diligent in his work making sure other aspects of the barn door were perfect such as the notch in the baseboard, the handle, the the track itself (which I had installed before hiring Charles) Overall, he is a great man and carpenter!"

"Completed job next day after my request. They hung curtain rods, assembled a bed, removed a built in cabinet and repaired drywall, hung art, installed smart lock and miscellaneous tasks. Fast and friendly, I would hire again."
