"Charlie is a methodical and meticulous carpenter. We hired him to install 5 1/4" crown moulding in my daughter's house (no easy task). His work added so much to the look and feel of her house you can't believe it. When he was finished you would not have known he had been there because he cleans everything up after he's done. I highly recommend Specialty Remodeling and Design!"

"David and crew were fantastic! They were very thorough, organized, reliable and professional. What we appreciated most was that David was a perfectionist, thought of everything and took care of little details that we didn’t even ask about. David, you are truly a joy to work with and an exceptionally skilled carpenter. We will use you for all of our future home renovations! Allison"

"I originally hired a different company from Home Advisor, but I hired Gutierrez Builders to fix and finish the job. They were responsive, kept me up to date with when the project would start, and cleaned up very well after they were done."

"I’m an out of town landlord and appreciate having someone I can rely on to take care of repairs and be honest with me. Mike is that guy. He replaced an interior door, replaced 2 ceiling fans and power washed the house. Everything was done with great care. He let me know about a couple of other items he saw, sent pictures, gave me a fair price and all is well. He even paid my tenant’s grandsons for helping him out! I definitely recommend Mike!"

"I am very happy with Garth’s excellent work painting my guest room walls, crown molding, baseboards, and door trim. He also painted the wooden framework of my screened porch and installed a shower head. Garth was efficient, tidy, relatable, and kind."

"They do a great job."

"Castillo Handyman Services did a great job replacing a large section of siding at my house. The crew was experienced and knowledgeable. They showed up on time everyday and got the job done very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work I received. I am very pleased with the work they have done and have no problem recommending the company. Tyrone"

"The deck is amazing and far better than what I expected. The team were very respectful, polite and honest. I’m so pleased with their work I’m having them to remodel my rocking chair front porch next. And I will be using House Doctors in the future for upcoming projects. Thanks guys, we love your work! Great and amazing job! House Doctors is who you want for quality work."

"My experiences with Mr Baker have gone well. I have been satisfied with all the work he has done for me. Mr. Baker was on time for all appointments, he completed all work timely. I recommend Mr. Baker to my family and friends. He installed hardwood floors in my dining room, kitchen and washroom. He did the cabinets in my washroom and installed crown molding as well. In the downstairs he installed laminate floors. He also repaired my side entrance door. I call Mr. Baker when I need work done and suggest you do the same. You will be satisfied with his work. He is very professional and works hard to get the job done."

"We have used them for several years for a major kitchen/multiple bathrooms remodel and many other home projects. The work is always excellent quality! Charlie has great attention to detail in planning the remodel, and he & Jared work closely together to make sure work is completed as promised! They are also great at answering questions and providing service after completion, as well!"
