"Ismael and Steven are class acts. Unlike other contractors who ghost you when a project is too small, Far Hill Construction responded right away, did a thorough inspection, and rather than trying to upsell us or suggest unrealistic remodels, they actually suggested ways we could SAVE money and yet their work looked like we spent thousands more than we actually did. They were able to get started right away, got our projects done with minimal fuss, were unfazed by our pesky cat, and attended to the tiniest details/touchups after all the major work was done. We were expecting this to be a month-long project and instead it took a couple of weeks, including first contact, estimate, and final completion. And that INCLUDES the extra work we asked them to take on when Home Depot (grrr) was not able to install/haul our new dishwasher and haul away our fridge as promised. Not only did they show up on time, but they often finished early. AND they sent google calendar invites to make sure we were all on the same page. -They sanded and painted our kitchen and hallway cabinets so they look brand new without the expense of replacing or refinishing. -They replaced the screens on our back patio and painted the latticework. - They sanded and painted our bathroom doors, so they look new and we avoided the expense of having those doors replaced. - They installed our new dishwasher and hauled away the old one. - They installed our new kitchen range hood AND had a custom panel stainless steel panel made when the hood (I purchased) did not quite fit within the existing framework. - They installed our new oven and built a framework to encapsulate it since it was smaller than the existing space. Ismaels expertise seems limitless and we got the impression he could take on any project asked of him. There simply are not enough stars to express how happy we were with Far Hill Construction. Ismael and Steven are superstars themselves and you would be lucky to hire them."

"The team of EverGreen Construction Group including Oshri P. the owner, and team of Julie, Rebecca, Abraham, Josheph, and the painters, was fantastic. Abraham came out right away to give us an estimate and the timing was perfect because one of his jobs got pushed out a week or so due to other contractors so we were able to start the following week. The price is very responsible... the quality of the work was completely worth it. The prepping prior to painting was unbelievably good and the actual painting process was great. Everything was masked, taped and covered and no over-spray occurred! The team was punctual, courteous and cleaned up every day prior to leaving. They replaced outdoor light fixtures and even attached a weather-vane atop the cupola and the painting included painting stucco, cement siding, all doors, all window frames and sills, shutters, roof cupola, French door paneled sliding doors, gutters, eaves, fascias, 2 gates, garage door and all trim. The price included all paint and materials to complete the job perfectly. We cant say enough good things about EverGreen Construction Group and will use again when the time comes. I highly recommend this company and are so happy we found them on HomeAdvisor!!!"

From the original handshake, the thorough quotation and the hierarchy at the company providing samples to my HOA (for their approval) to the installation of the windows and sliding door, it was painless and stress-free for myself. The install itself was an eye opener; the guys worked fast & efficiently, and really knew what they were doing, even on my second story windows. Living close to Sunset Blvd, the first major benefit I noticed was the significant sound difference compared to my old windows, its simply amazing! They look great, I'm over the moon. "This job was to renovate my home in preparation to sell it in early March. It consisted of a kitchen and 3 bathroom upgrade, flooring and lighting fixture replacement, painting and removal of 3 popcorn ceilings. Beginning the second week of January, the entire job was completed within 6 weeks. When first hired, the principal of Palm Construction carefully tuned in to my specific needs and targeted timeframe, offering succinct suggestions respects colors, style and quality of products used. Specialists in each trade worked cohesively with each other, as well as alongside other contractors that I had personally hired separately for windows and pool replaster. Although I had intended to live in the property during the renovation, I quickly realized that my occupancy was impeding progress, so I made the decision to vacate the premises. This was especially important during the removal of popcorn ceilings which contained asbestos. The work moved seamlessly from the removal of kitchen counters, sink, cabinet doors, appliances and flooring to the demolition of 3 bathrooms. Timely mutual decisions were made about fixtures, mirrors, flooring, sinks, vanities, paint and hardware, allowing the job to progress steadily to reach very precise goals. Along the way, it was determined that the air ducts needed replacing and AC would be a welcome addition to the total job. These issues were discussed and explained clearly and quoted at a reasonable cost - so I decided to add the change orders. Although I had never been involved with a home renovation in the past, I was very impressed with the patience and care taken to communicate with me throughout the entire job. I was a demanding customer with an expectation of perfectionism and Palm Construction was up for the challenge. Beyond the scope of the original job, Palm went above and beyond with finishing touches and little extras here and there. They've come back to help me even after completion of the job, when I needed some additional retrofits for my appliance installation, which was not even part of the original job. I know that I can count on Palm Construction to be responsive and willing for anything that may come up in the future. I learned that they are a GC that you can totally trust and rely on. In summary, I am in awe of the completed work. My friends and neighbors are astonished with the transformation of my home. The end product is flawless and most impressive. My realtor has already offered Palm Construction opportunities for other jobs. My neighbors have asked for their contact information to get quotes. I highly recommend Palm Construction for your renovation work, whether it is a large or small job. During the 6 weeks of this job, I got to know the principal, Guy Yaakov, and his team. Despite the complexities of the job and the incidental issues that came up, the personal follow-through and attention paid to all questions and requests were taken care of expeditiously and professionally. I couldn't be happier, plus, I made a friend. Thanks, Guy!!!!"
