If not, she would have sent a computer generated design to me by email. I had the time and much preferred her hand written design as it was clearer to me than the designs of the other two companies I received by email.
The day of the work, they arrived on time and in a little over three hours the job was done. They removed the hardware that was currently in the closet, spackled the holes, and installed shelves, rods, and a laundry hamper. I had recently changed a light fixture and there were some holes left since the new light fixture was a different size than the old one. The workman asked me if I would like him to spackle those holes too. I thought that was so nice of him to offer since clearly that was not part of what he had to do.

The steps are steep and the railing is from the second story to the first floor with a sharp turn. The work is beautiful. The carpenter was on time and skillful.
