"I was very pleased with their service and their price compared to the other two companies I interviewed. Nancy Hung, the closet designer, suggested what she thought would work for me after we discussed what I was interested in. She asked me if I had time for her to draw the design right then. If not, she would have sent a computer generated design to me by email. I had the time and much preferred her hand written design as it was clearer to me than the designs of the other two companies I received by email.
The day of the work, they arrived on time and in a little over three hours the job was done. They removed the hardware that was currently in the closet, spackled the holes, and installed shelves, rods, and a laundry hamper. I had recently changed a light fixture and there were some holes left since the new light fixture was a different size than the old one. The workman asked me if I would like him to spackle those holes too. I thought that was so nice of him to offer since clearly that was not part of what he had to do.
I was very pleased with their work and would definitely hire them again.

"Paul, from Precision Interior Stair and Rail, did a tremendous job giving our outdated and creaky staircase a face lift. He replaced all the visible parts of our staircase, including the stringers, treads, risers, railings, balusters, and newel post. Since our house is 70 years old, nothing is easy. Paul worked diligently to cut everything to size and took extra care to patch our difficult plaster walls. Since I like doing some of the work myself, I personally appreciated that Paul was flexible and let me paint and finish the stairs as a way to get involved and save some money. Paul completed the job on time and was very responsive, particularly over text message. I could not be happier with Paul's work, especially considering the level of precision and expertise this job required. He was so easy and low-maintenance to work with and delivered a great outcome.
