"Michael Wallace answered my call immediately (I mean, like 2 minutes after I contacted HomeAdvisor). He inquired about the specifics of the job so as to assure he'd have the parts needed to complete the repair, and set a time for his visit. He arrived promptly, saw that the repair would require an additional part, and set off to set things right. "He was able to converse with me, not at me, he would listen to my input and explain to me what is possible, how the house was constructed and give me his input. He would give me alternative options as to how he can do it. He never made me feel stupid. He talked to me and helped me understand what he is doing in my terms not his. He was open to doing little jobs not just big jobs. No job is too small, he was interested in whatever I needed.
