"Flo arrived on time as scheduled for the project. All necessary supplies were on hand. He and his associate worked smoothly together. The project consisted of replacing 11 steps and risers and all stair trim. Flo completed the carpentry part in one day. His painters came the next day and applied 2 coats of paint.
