It was difficult to match the over 25 year old wood on the opposite side of the stairs, but Jason put a great deal of time into finding the best match possible. The finished product looks FANTASTIC. "This company is superb. Our yard needed a great deal of work. They removed large overgrown bushes from the front yard and the backyard was covered with lots of different foliage that had grown primarily from birdseed but was up to 6 feet tall. They removed Hall of the foliage and bushes and then graded our entire yard and put sod over the yard. They also fixed the deck and stained it and fixed many other things around the outside of the house that had been broken because of lack of maintenance. They also put in a new driveway and saved bricks that had been behind the hedge in the front yard. They used them to place a small patio on the side of the house where we needed to put our trash cans and then with the extra bricks they put a path to the backyard and surrounded the sidewalk around the front porch. They did the latter without charging us. They also sloped the backyard so that it was no longer the swamp that it had been because we had been the lowest backyard in the area. They did a superb job on everything. Mike, the owner, has been extraordinarily helpful in many ways. I have called him to ask him for help in figuring out whether he can complete a task or to recommend pros who might be able to do the work. He came over last week and spent over an hour with me going through the house and looking at the things I needed to be done. While he was there he fixed two things, that he said or very easily done but they would not have been easily done for me. He did not charge for the visit or for fixing the two items. He also looked at another area because our heat was not working well and he determined what the problem was and who I should call to fix it. Because our resources are a little bit limited, he helped me to prioritize the projects. He is a very kind and compassionate person. He demonstrated complete honesty, integrity and trustworthiness throughout the extensive work with us At some point in the future, we will add another room on to the house, and we fully intend to hire Mike and his crew to build it. I recommend Mike and his crew to work with anyone on any project, without reservations. I cannot express how much we appreciate him and how he worked with us. He told us when he did not think that we needed something that we thought we might need, and though adding this would have increased his income, he was very clear that we did not need it. This is typical of him. He does what is best for whomever he is working, Explains what he believes they need and why, and also explains what they do not need and why, thus minimizing cost for the person or people with whom he is working. I very strongly recommend him, without any concerns or reservations. Included the cost of all the materials it was not just the cost of the project."
