"Mr. Mendez and his crew did an excellent job painting my DC rowhome. After another painter left me in the lurch, Mendez was able to come promptly and give a very reasonable quote. "The job was scheduled a few weeks. out This gave us time to find a suitable new floor tile without too much of a rush. He arrived on time with one other worker and over the next few days they moved my appliances, tore my old floor down to the subfloor. Then they built it back up and tiled it beautifully. Mr. Leal was very polite throughout the entire process, from getting the estimate to finishing the job; and he did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the progress and timeline. Labor costs stayed within the original estimate, except for one additional plumbing issue that needed to be addressed. Material costs were also in the expected range. My wife and I are very happy with his work and professionalism and will keep him in mind for any future jobs."
