"I highly recommend Ashon and Mike from Custom Touch Contracting for all you home improvement/handy-man projects. Both are licensed, professional contractors who can perform a variety of tasks at an affordable rate. I hired them initially to repair the drywall and repaint our downstairs bathroom and upstairs bathroom after some extensive plumbing work. They were very punctual and completed the project in a timely manner. Ashon was also able to replace the glass in the bathroom window, which was cracked by another less professional contractor. Ashon and Mike also implemented a variety of home improvement tasks during our second project which ranged from painting an exterior garage door and window to security augmentation (i.e. ring and solar motion detector lights installation) to gutter repair and cleaning. They did a beautiful job and as always, they cleaned up their work area before leaving. I am hiring them to replace all my basement windows before Christmas. I consider Ashon and Mike the dynamic duo of home repair and contracting. They are respectful, detail oriented and do brilliant work. Please hire them for your next project."

"I am extremely happy with the service and quality of work from Bernard and his team at Tool Time Home Improvements. In December 2016, we found that the previous homeowners had hidden extensive termite damage along the back of our home. I had numerous contractors evaluate the damage. Most were not able to provide an estimate and did not instill confidence about how they could fix it. Bernard was completely different. He immediately began identifying the actions that would be required in order to restore structural integrity. He was able to provide a written estimate before leaving. The amount of work was extensive. The house was jacked in sections from the basement in order to replace the entire back wall sill plate. New beams were added and sistered to existing beams. In order to do this, my paver patio was removed along the back wall. Inside the house, the tile floor was removed and areas of the subfloor were replaced. The wall and windows of my kitchen dining area were completely reframed. Electrical and plumbing work was required during the repair. Two bathrooms had to be partially dismantled and restored. New sliders and a new back door were installed. A new engineered vinyl plank floor was installed in place of the old tile floor. Intricate molding was replaced. New baseboard covers were added. All of the sheetrock cracks from the termite damage and jacking were repaired. Throughout the process, Bernard and his crew were professional and courteous. They addressed any of the concerns that I raised. They showed pride in the quality of their work. Bernard had initially believed the job would take 3 weeks. Despite finding additional damage that was not known until the project progressed, the team still finished on schedule. Bernard even had a cleaning crew come in on the final day to clean all of the dust that was generated from removing the tile floor. I would highly recommend Tool Time Home Improvements and plan to use them again myself for future projects. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 02/09/2018 This was the second time I used Tool Time Home Improvements, and the experience was outstanding both times. "Raj had to fix what contractors left undone or incorrectly undone. He created a new custom door saddle and had to cut the exterior and interior exit doors and did a fabulous job. In addition, he finished carpentry work on my basement window which was also left undone. He custom made an interior waste trap door. Finally all doors were painted. All his work was performed excellently and neatly. He came up with thoughtful solutions. We negotiated prices. Raj was very reasonable in making adjustments to the cost of the project. I like his work so much that I hired him for a separate project. His work is superior and I feel luck to have found a contractor that was willing to repair what the first contractor left undone. I would highly recommend Raj for any household project. Raj is an outstanding person and contractor. Excellent work."
