I was in a bind back in April 2023 and needed some repair work done. THe quotes were all over the place. When Chase Prince came he told me exactly what the material costs would be and the labor. It was a perfect match. 6 months later, he has just finished replacing the entire roof for me. Again a very fair price and the quality of his work was superb.
