In addition to being fine craftsman, Rus was very easy to communicate with (he always answered phone calls, and texts quickly), they showed up on the day and time that they had promised, and they finished the job in the amount of time originally estimated. Additionally, they were very careful with our home. As you can see in the photos, they covered all the floors and our entryway while they were working. Lastly, Rus and his crew were genuinely nice. I have worked with a lot of construction crews, and I’ve run into quite a few grumps. It’s nice to meet a group of guys who obviously enjoy their work, it clearly showed in their demeanor. "Tom and Steve are fantastic to work with. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. When I first met with Tom to start discussing plans I had several ideas and he was very honest about how far my budget would go and what I could actually do to maximize space. During demo they were always very prompt and kept the work site clean. They replaced all of my old plumbing, and because I discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen they ran plumbing to where I want to move my fridge in the future. They also discovered many issues with the existing wiring, which they replaced and also explained very clearly what the issues meant and how they were going to fix it. I had a steam shower installed and used tile to do a wainscoting in both bathrooms. They did a wonderful job tiling, especially since it is an older home and they were single lay 3x5 tiles. Also the bull nose tiles I purchased wouldn't work and they came up with a solution on the fly that I absolutely love. They were also very good about responding promptly to questions. I would absolutely recommend you work with these guys they did a fantastic job and I will definitely work with them again.
