Both very personable and willing to answer all my questions. The owner, Mark Kowertz, was very professional and gave me options/suggestions regarding condition of my deck and what could be saved and what needed to be replaced. Very reasonable in pricing. "Essential Extras had already designed and installed a beautiful deck for us. They used Ipe wood and hidden fasteners as we had asked. The professionalism was amazing and so was the craftmanship. After a wind storm blew down a fence in our yard in the middle of winter I called them again and not only did they do a stellar job, but took great care to respect our neighbors and cleaned up our side and the neigbor's side of the fence as well. Remodel 2 bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, cabinets & backsplash. Fixed a window and installed 18 shades. Frame & drywall a couple of windows. Added new LED lights throughout and installed a coat rack. Replaced emergency exit signs & emergency lighting. All work was superior. Appreciate all the hard work that Don and his crew put into the building. Could not be more happy with the work."
