"Great job on a difficult old house. Very prompt."

"I had questions about the contract and never emailed me back or called me back. My question is that it lists something in the contract that costs $350 and there is not much description on what the carpenter will do. It just says I will under direction tell the carpenter what I want done. If I don't ;like what the carpenter intends to do and they don't do $350 of the total job, do I have to pay $350 for work not done because the contract is vague on what the carpenter is to do in a certain area. I never got an answer to this question."

"Rich was fantastic. I thought the problem could not be solved, but he did it in a matter of minutes. In addition, he was a generous, kind person. I would hire him again for other handyman jobs. I have recommended him to our Homeowners Association service provider list."

"I hired Rob for multiple house projects. He most recently has helped me with a kitchen Reno. He installed my beautiful marble back splash, faucet, light fixture, kitchen hardware, turned a lower cabinet into a pullout trash can, installed soft close hardware etc. He is communicative, efficient and does thorough and beautiful work. I will continue to utilize him for all of my home projects and I would highly recommend him as your contractor."

"Very much professional, cleaned up well would definitely consider for other work if needed"

"We had 2 other contractors say they would do the fence repair job and not show up. Eddie showed up and did a great job. I will call him next time we need some work done."
