I had several quotes and he was the only one that really wanted to do the job how I was thinking, my job had roof extension making two roofs match up,new plywood sheeting soffit, gutters and more. Together we came up with a great solution and he nailed it. Timely and accurate, no cut corners, I changed some things during the job and he was super accommodating and helpful with the changes. "Yura is the first contractor I think Iâ ve ever met that made me feel truly valued as a client. He and his crew of two other guys worked quite literally every single day, rain or shine (including a holiday) for weeks to finish my house. They replaced most of the windows and a few doors, built a new paver patio with a prefab gazebo we bought, as well as a covered front porch. They also tiled the hallway and bathroom, and replaced the shower. All three men were courteous and humble, and by the time they finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go! Yura is warm and funny, and a very gifted craftsman. He and his crew worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the finished product was even better than I imagined. LTB will absolutely not let you down if you have work to be done!"

"I hired S&L for several projects to assist on finish work for a new house I was building. The work included installing cabinetry in the kitchen, baths and laundry room. Custom building shelving in several closet and a pantry. Doing stone and tile work. Also finish trim in various areas around the house. The team did excellent work, were very conscientious about the work and also very clean and respectful about the work and our needs. I would highly recommend them for any type of project. As we have new needs I will be contacting them for future projects."

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."
