"Did excellent work and arranged a follow up for items we did not get to."

"Patron General Construction removed and replaced our front entry staircase in one day! Amazing. Aleksei is a master carpenter. I was a carpenter for twenty years and haven t ever worked with a better craftsman. I will hire him for all future projects. His helper was also excellent. Highly recommended!!"

"Grady did an awesome job! I've dealt with many shady contractors and Grady is nothing like them. He's honest, dependable, fair, and will be upfront with you. I never once felt like he was just trying to "get one over on me" because I'm not knowledgeable about these things. He is clear about telling you the why behind the cost of materials and labor. And he gets it done right the first time. In a world full of shady contractors, he's a breath of fresh air. And he's once of the nicest people you'll ever meet!"

"Did a great job replacing my rotten siding!"

"Very knowledgeable and professional during the whole job. Would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. Fair price and hard workers. A pleasure to meet them."

"We reached out to Elm Construction following a friend’s recommendation. Our contact was Tommy, who supported us throughout the project, making sure we were aligned at every step. He also helped us stay within our initial budget for the kitchen remodeling and ensured everything was delivered on time, as agreed. Thank you, Tommy and the Elm Construction team! We can’t wait for our next project together!"

"I called Kirk and his crew for help with painting and trim through my home after seeing a gorgeous deck he built at my partners house. He and his crew exceeded my expectations. They were efficient and communicative through the project and the finished job looks gorgeous. Thank you Renewal Renovations for making my house look beautiful!"

"Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

"From consultation to completion, I was impressed with the results of my deck project. They worked within my budget and completed the job within a week. The overall quality of work and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Top notch all the way! Would highly recommend!"

"Josh and his crew were so helpful when our deck was hit by a vehicle. Josh responded very quickly, was prompt and was helpful, while we dealt with the driver's insurance. We faced a couple setbacks, so the deck took longer then expected, but the crew made sure everything was safe and secure!! Trust for me is a hard thing to earn, but he and his crew have earned mine! I would recommend them! They are a great company!!"
