"Prior to the work, Tyler responded to all phone calls immediately. Upon commencing the work, he was well organized, efficient with his time and was very polite. He was one of the most professional contractors to do work in our home and is a very skill craftsman. Without reservation, I would highly recommend him to family and friends as we were pleased with every aspect of his services."

"Brock was terrific to work with. Helped us think through the project and make informed decisions about wood vs concrete stairs. The concrete walkway looks great as do the stairs! He even took spare wood from the main project and fixed broken latticework. We will definitely ask him again when we have more contracting tasks to do!"

"Smithe Home Services completed beautiful wainscoating for my kitchen island, as well as deck staining on my rear deck. They were very professional and efficient, and Iâ d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a handy man."

"Very professional. Work was scheduled and completed quickly. Prince Roofing did and great job on the repairs be very thorough and walking me through each piece till I was comfortable. Price was great for the work done. I will be going to them again for any future roofing needs."

"Abe replaced damaged areas of my deck, stained it, and installed posts from which I was able to hang lighting and shade options in my backyard, which previously had none. The latter of this work was an idea he presented to me and that I had never considered myself, with very little added cost. Abe is efficient while also providing incredible quality. I was blown away by the amount of work he achieved in a short period of time, and even more impressed that there was no need for touchups afterward (although he offered to come back with no added cost if anything were to arise). This is the first contractor I have worked with who I felt wasn’t pressuring me into more than I needed. He assessed the work to be done, gave feedback on any potential hiccups that could arise, and made me feel entirely comfortable throughout the entire process with clear communication. I have referred Abe to all of my close friends and family, and you would be wise to do the same!"

"Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

"Could not have been better. Excellent work from start to finish. Project was custom fireplace trim and associated tile installation. Type of craftsman that thinks before starting so everything comes out as planned."

"Tim and his crew were a delight. He and his team repaired my wood floor and baseboards, a job that took extreme craftsmanship because the materials in my older home are no longer available. They came up with a solution and the finished job looked as if it was the original decor. Would I hire Tim and his crew again? You bet! I’m sending him a punch list of repairs with the reassurance that the job will be done with care and excellence. Thank you!"
